The things people ask before they order

What paper does it need?+

Any ordinary A4 sheet. Between 80 and 100 gsm flies best — heavier paper holds a crease and survives more crashes. Paper isn't in the box on purpose, because there is already a stack of it in your printer.

Do I need a phone or an app?+

No. A proper two-stick remote comes in the box: one stick for power, one for steering. Nothing to install, no account, no pairing.

Does it really fly, or does it just glide?+

It flies. Twin propellers on outriggers give it genuine thrust and genuine steering, and an onboard gyro holds the wings level between inputs. Push the throttle and it climbs; let off and it glides down. It is still a paper plane, so calm mornings and evenings beat a windy afternoon.

Where can we fly it?+

Anywhere with room for a turn — a park, a field, a schoolyard, a sports hall. It moves too quickly for a living room. Two kits let two people fly together, which is why most orders are for the two-kit box.

What if it breaks, or we just don't like it?+

When it crashes, the paper is what gives way — fold a new one and carry on. If it still isn't for you, write to us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange the return and the refund.
