Returns and refunds

Two things apply to your order: the right of withdrawal the law gives you, and the 30-day flight guarantee we give you on top of it. Use whichever suits you.

Your statutory right of withdrawal

You have 14 days to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason. The 14 days run from the day you, or a third party you name who is not the carrier, take physical possession of the goods.

To exercise it, tell us clearly before the 14 days are up. An email to hello@trypaperjet.com saying that you withdraw from the contract is enough; you can use the model form at the bottom of this page, but you do not have to. What counts is that you send the message before the deadline. Once you have told us, send the goods back within 14 days.

Our 30-day flight guarantee

On top of the statutory 14 days we give you 30 days from delivery to change your mind for any reason at all, including that you flew it and it simply is not for you. The conditions below are the same either way.

What to send back

The power module, the remote, the battery, the USB cable, the landing gear, the screwdriver, the display stand and any accessory that came in the box. You may unpack it and fly it: that is the whole point of the guarantee. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if you have handled them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Paper is not part of the kit, so there is nothing to send back there.

How to start a return

Email hello@trypaperjet.com with your order number. We reply with the return address and the instructions. Please do not send anything back before you have heard from us, because unannounced parcels are much harder for us to match to an order.

Return shipping costs

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. If the item is faulty, was damaged in transit or is not what you ordered, we cover the return: send us a photo and we will arrange it.

Your refund

We refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of the day we receive the goods back or you supply proof that you have sent them, whichever comes first. We use the same means of payment you used for the order and we do not charge you a fee for the refund.

Faulty or misdescribed goods

Nothing on this page affects your statutory rights. You have a legal guarantee of conformity of at least two years from delivery for goods that are not as described or do not work as they should.
